Name: Oatmeal lace ice cream
Ingredients: 1 cup packed dark brown sugar; 2/3 cup packed dark brown sugar; 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon; 1/8 tsp kosher salt; 1/2 tsp cinnamon; for the oatmeal lace cookies; 2 tbsp dark corn syrup; 10 tbsp unsalted butter, melted and cooled; 2 tsp all-purpose flour; 2 tsp vanilla extract; 2 cups whole milk; 4 tsp cornstarch; 1/2 cup dry milk powder; 3 tbsp cream cheese, softened; 1/2 tsp kosher salt; 1 1/4 cups heavy cream; 1 1/3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats; for the brown sugar-cinnamon ice cream
